Start with the questions your customers ask.

Find real customer questions, choose three useful content topics, and draft alternative opening lines—with sources.

Try it in a new chat

  1. Copy the prompt below into Claude or Codex.
  2. Replace the bracketed business details. Add your website and any anonymized customer questions you have.
  3. Enable web search if available. Read the returned sources and confirm your business facts before using the hooks.

No installation needed. If browsing is unavailable, supply public excerpts or notes; the workflow will identify the evidence gaps.

Save it as a Claude skill

A skill saves the research instructions for reuse. You still provide the business and goal each time.

  1. Download customer-question-research.zip.
  2. In Claude, enable Code execution and file creation (or Create and edit files) in Settings → Capabilities. Organization settings may control access.
  3. Go to Customize → Skills → + → Create skill → Upload a skill. Upload that ZIP and enable it.
  4. Start a new chat: “Use customer-question-research,” followed by your business, offer, buyer, market and goal.

Menu names can vary. Official Claude setup instructions. The pasteable prompt above is an alternative if skills are unavailable.

Using Claude Code?

Extract the ZIP and put its folder at .claude/skills/customer-question-research/ inside your project. The folder must contain SKILL.md. Start Claude Code in that project and use /customer-question-research with your brief. Official skill instructions.

What a grounded topic looks like

A public Singapore home-cleaning discussion asks whether the customer needs to buy extra supplies. That supports a preparation topic; it does not establish every provider’s policy.

Draft opening: “Booking your first cleaner? Check who brings the supplies.”

Before using it: confirm your own service’s supplies list and what the booked clean includes.

What has been tested?

The workflow passed a new, isolated Codex conversation using a public evidence pack. It kept customer wording, interpretation and competitor claims separate, and left unknown business facts unresolved. Claude Code detected the skill, but Claude execution and web upload have not been verified. Read the validation details.
